Summary
This study tests a web-based rehab program for stroke survivors and their care partners (family members). The program focuses on problem-solving and arm exercises at home to improve the survivor's arm use and social participation while also supporting the caregiver's well-being. About 220 participants (survivor-care partner pairs) will take part. The goal is to see if this team approach leads to better recovery and less caregiver strain.
