Summary

This study follows 2,800 unpaid caregivers (family or friends) over up to 5 years to understand how the stress of caregiving affects their health and well-being. Participants complete surveys, phone interviews, and optional diaries and blood samples. The goal is to learn what social, psychological, and biological factors lead to long-term changes in caregivers' health.
