Summary
This study creates and tests a training program for Care Food Specialists—workers who focus on food preparation and oral health in long-term care. About 150 healthy students in Taiwan will take the course and be assessed on their knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors before and after. The goal is to improve care quality for older adults.
