New training aims to boost care worker skills in feeding and oral health

Summary
This study creates and tests a training course for Care Food Specialists in Taiwan to help long-term care workers better support eating and oral health. About 150 healthy students in care programs will take the course and be assessed before and after. The goal is to improve their knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors around feeding care.
