Summary
This study is testing a new 20-hour training course for people who care for the elderly, focusing on how to safely feed patients who have trouble chewing or swallowing. It will enroll 150 student and professional care workers to see if the course improves their knowledge and skills. The goal is to create a better standard training program to improve the quality of care in nursing homes and communities.
