Summary
This study will observe 400 adults with sepsis and unstable blood pressure to see how their heart and blood vessels are affected. Participants will have heart ultrasounds, blood tests, and blood vessel checks within 72 hours of hospital admission. The goal is to link these findings with survival rates over one year, helping doctors personalize treatment in the future.
