Summary
This study aims to establish normal values for cardiorespiratory fitness in healthy adults aged 18 to 65. Researchers will use a simple step test to estimate oxygen use during exercise. About 800 participants from Pakistan will be recruited, with equal numbers of men and women. The results will help create reference standards for fitness assessments.
