Heart rehab trial aims to boost daily steps in fontan failure patients

Summary
This study tests whether a cardiac rehabilitation program helps adults with Fontan failure walk more each day, improve exercise ability, and feel less frail. Fifty participants will either join the rehab program or receive usual care. The goal is to see if rehab can improve daily life and physical function.
