Engineered immune cells take on Hard-to-Treat pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for pancreatic cancer that has returned after standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target a protein called B7-H3 on cancer cells, and includes a safety switch to control side effects. About 27 adults will take part to see if the therapy is safe and tolerable.
