First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether specially engineered immune cells (CAR T cells) can safely target and destroy brain tumor cells that have spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord. Ten adults with glioblastoma, ependymoma, or medulloblastoma will receive these cells. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if the treatment helps control the disease.
