Summary

This study tests a new treatment using specially engineered immune cells (CAR-NK) from cord blood for people with severe autoimmune diseases like lupus, scleroderma, and vasculitis that haven't improved with standard treatments. The goal is to see if a single infusion can safely control the disease by targeting and calming overactive immune cells. The trial involves 15 participants and will closely monitor side effects and disease activity.
