First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a capillaroscopy test (a painless exam of tiny blood vessels at the nail base) to standard care helps doctors diagnose connective tissue disease faster in people newly diagnosed with interstitial lung disease. About 48 adults will participate. The goal is to see if this test can reduce the time to a specific diagnosis and speed up appropriate treatment.
