Summary
This study aims to see if specific cannabis compounds (THC, CBD, or a mix) can help veterans struggling with PTSD and suicidal thoughts. 500 veterans will be randomly assigned to smoke one of four types of cannabis or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in PTSD symptoms, mood, and suicidal thoughts through weekly questionnaires and lab tests.
