Summary
This study aims to find out if cannabis can help veterans struggling with PTSD and thoughts of suicide. Researchers will assign 500 veterans to use either THC, CBD, a combination, or a placebo for 12 weeks. They will track changes in PTSD symptoms, mood, and suicidal thoughts to see which, if any, cannabis compounds provide relief.
