Veterans' nerve pain study tests THC and CBD

Summary
This study tests whether cannabis compounds (THC, CBD, or both) can reduce chronic nerve pain in Veterans. About 320 Veterans with neuropathic pain will receive either a cannabis derivative or a placebo for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if these compounds provide better pain relief than placebo.
