Summary
This study looks at how two cannabis compounds, CBD and THC, affect inflammation and brain health in people with HIV. About 90 participants will take both compounds in a random order over 6 weeks. Researchers will measure blood markers and brain changes to better understand how cannabis interacts with HIV-related inflammation.
