Summary
This study looks at how cannabis ingredients (CBD and THC) impact inflammation and brain health in people with HIV. Researchers will give 90 participants both compounds in different orders over 6 weeks, then measure blood markers and brain barriers. The goal is to understand how cannabis and HIV together affect the body, which could lead to better treatments for brain inflammation.
