Summary
This study aimed to find the best way to provide follow-up care to people who have finished their main cancer treatment. Researchers compared three different care models at top cancer centers to see which one best met survivors' needs. They focused on outcomes important to patients, like quality of life and satisfaction with care, for survivors of breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers.
