Summary

This study aimed to find the best ways to provide follow-up care to people who have finished their main cancer treatment. Researchers compared three different care models at top cancer centers, focusing on what matters most to survivors: quality of life, feeling supported, and managing ongoing health. Nearly 1,000 survivors of breast, prostate, and colorectal cancer participated to help improve care for everyone after cancer.
