Summary
This study looks at muscle wasting, weight loss, and tiredness in people with stomach, pancreas, or bowel cancer who are having surgery. Researchers will track changes in body composition, physical activity, and quality of life over a year. The goal is to better understand cachexia early on, so doctors can improve care. About 200 participants will be recruited in the UK.
