Summary
This study follows 160 Hong Kong residents aged 18 to 70 to see if their daily rest-activity rhythms can predict who develops major depressive disorder. Participants wear a device to track sleep and movement and complete questionnaires over time. No treatment is given; the goal is to understand how disrupted rhythms relate to depression severity.
