Summary
This study follows 160 adults in Hong Kong to see if their daily rest-activity patterns can predict who develops major depressive disorder. Researchers will track sleep, activity, and mood over time to find distinctive rhythm profiles linked to depression. No treatment is given; the goal is to better understand how disrupted rhythms relate to depression severity.
