New CalmER therapy aims to ease anxiety for hospital workers

Summary
This study tests a new therapy called Emotional Resolution (EmRes) to see if it can reduce anxiety in healthcare workers. About 150 hospital workers with mild to moderate anxiety will either receive EmRes or practice mindfulness-based gratitude. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to help those who care for others feel better.
