Summary
This study looks at whether using the Calm meditation app for 10 minutes a day can help people with blood cancer who have trouble sleeping. About 276 patients will use the app for 8 weeks, and researchers will track their sleep, mood, fatigue, and signs of inflammation. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to improve quality of life during cancer treatment.
