First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at two different exercise programs—cadence training and elliptical training—to see which one better reduces knee pain and improves leg power and endurance in cricketers with patellofemoral pain syndrome. About 48 male cricketers aged 18 to 35 will take part in a 6-week program. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to help players return to sport with less pain.
