AI-Powered colonoscopy aims to cut cancer risk

Summary
This study tests whether using a computer-aided detection (CAD) system during screening colonoscopy can lower the chance of developing advanced polyps or cancer within 3 years. About 592 adults at risk for colorectal cancer will be randomly assigned to standard colonoscopy or CAD-assisted colonoscopy. The goal is to see if the AI tool helps doctors find and remove more polyps, reducing future cancer risk.
