New combo therapy aims to stall hard-to-treat colon cancer

Summary
This study tests a two-drug combination (cabozantinib and nivolumab) in people with advanced colorectal cancer that is microsatellite stable (MSS) and has stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combination can control the cancer for at least 16 weeks. About 48 adults will take part.
