New combo therapy aims to halt rare gynecologic cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs—cabozantinib and dostarlimab—can help women with a rare and aggressive gynecologic cancer called carcinosarcoma that has come back after initial treatment. About 37 participants will receive the combination therapy. The main goal is to see how many remain cancer-free for at least 6 months.
