Summary
This study is testing whether a daily broccoli sprout extract can help improve memory and thinking skills in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. One hundred participants, aged 55-85, will take either the extract or a placebo pill for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, and brain health markers to see if the supplement is effective and safe.
