Summary
This study is testing whether a daily broccoli sprout extract can help improve memory, attention, and thinking skills in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. For 12 weeks, 100 participants will take either the extract or a placebo pill. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive test scores and check for any side effects to see if the supplement is safe and effective.
