Summary
This study tested whether breathing exercises and using a stress ball during dressing changes can reduce pain, anxiety, and improve comfort in burn patients. 210 adults with burns covering 15% or less of their body took part. Researchers measured pain, anxiety, comfort, and vital signs before and after the dressing change.
