Summary
This study looked at whether using breathing exercises and squeezing a stress ball during dressing changes can help burn patients feel less pain and anxiety. 210 adults with minor burns (15% or less of body surface) took part. The goal was to see if these simple techniques improve comfort and vital signs during a painful procedure.
