Breathing workout boosts scoliosis therapy in teens

Summary
This study looks at whether adding special breathing muscle training to standard scoliosis exercises helps teenagers with curved spines breathe better, move better, and feel better. About 45 girls aged 10-18 with mild to moderate scoliosis will take part. They will do exercises three times a week for 8 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in spine curve, breathing strength, balance, and quality of life.
