Breathing workout may boost scoliosis therapy in teens

Summary
This study looks at whether adding special breathing exercises to standard scoliosis therapy can improve breathing, posture, and quality of life in teenage girls with mild to moderate scoliosis. About 45 participants will be randomly assigned to either standard exercises alone or standard exercises plus breathing training for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the breathing exercises provide extra benefits.
