NCT ID NCT06920407
First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether daily breathing exercises (called inspiratory muscle training) can improve mental and physical well-being in healthy adults. About 150 participants will be split into three groups: one does stronger breathing exercises, one does very light exercises, and one just tracks their health data. The goal is to see which approach helps most with relaxation, body awareness, and overall well-being, and if the benefits last three months after training ends.
