First seen May 14, 2026 ยท Last updated May 14, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether doing daily breathing exercises (called inspiratory muscle training) for 12 weeks can improve mental and physical well-being in healthy adults. 150 participants will be split into three groups: one doing higher-resistance breathing training, one doing low-resistance (sham) training, and a control group that only tracks health data. Researchers will measure changes in mood, body awareness, heart rate, and breathing strength to see which approach works best.
