Summary
This study is testing a three-part treatment for breast cancer that has spread to the brain. It combines a focused radiation treatment (radiosurgery) with a pill called olaparib, followed by an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) plus the doctor's choice of standard therapy. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can better control the cancer in the brain and body for patients with triple-negative or BRCA-mutated breast cancer.
