NCT ID NCT05945290
Summary
This study looked at how blood sample collection and storage methods affect the detection of cancer DNA in the blood of early-stage breast cancer patients. Researchers analyzed blood and leftover tissue samples from 114 women with stage I-III breast cancer to understand how processing techniques impact test accuracy. The goal is to improve blood test reliability for cancer monitoring by identifying the best sample handling practices.
