Summary
This study tests a new technology that uses focused sound waves to stimulate specific brain areas involved in vision and hearing. Researchers will try different settings in 20 healthy adults to find the best way to trigger visual flashes or auditory tones. The goal is to better understand how to control brain activity with ultrasound, which could lead to new treatments for conditions like chronic pain and depression.
