New Two-Drug attack on deadly brain tumors begins human testing

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a new two-drug combination for aggressive brain tumors in adolescents and adults. The trial combines an experimental immunotherapy drug (tarlatamab) with a standard chemotherapy drug (temozolomide). It is open to patients whose tumors have progressed after standard treatment and who have a specific marker (DLL3) on their tumor cells.
