First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated Jun 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a 15-minute app called Brainlab Cognition can be used in busy brain tumor clinics to track memory, attention, and other thinking skills. Researchers will also collect quality-of-life reports electronically from patients. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for routine care. About 200 adults with brain tumors will participate.

What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
What this could lead to
If successful, this could make it routine to quickly check memory and thinking in brain tumor clinics, helping doctors spot problems earlier.
What could go wrong
This is an early observational study, not a treatment trial. The app may not be practical in busy clinics or may not capture meaningful changes.
