NCT ID NCT03737825

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tested two different computer-based brain training programs, combined with light physical activity, to see if they could improve thinking skills like memory and attention in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Forty adults with MS who had some cognitive complaints took part. They completed thinking and physical tests, wore a Fitbit, and did supervised training sessions for 4 weeks. The goal was to find out if these programs could help with common MS-related brain fog.
