Summary

This pilot study tested two different computer-based brain training programs that also include light physical activity. The goal was to see if they could help improve thinking skills like memory and attention in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). The study planned to enroll 40 adults with MS who had mild cognitive problems, but only 2 completed the program. Participants used a Fitbit and attended supervised sessions for 4 weeks.
