Summary
This study is testing a new approach for people with motor neuron disease (ALS) that combines a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS with mixed reality exercise games. The goal is to see if this combination can slow down the disease and improve quality of life. The trial will involve 100 participants and compare the personalized treatment to a standard version and a placebo.
