Summary

This study is testing a new approach for people with motor neuron disease (ALS) that combines a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS with mixed reality exercise games. The goal is to slow down the disease and improve quality of life. The trial will involve 100 participants and compare personalized versus standard treatment plans over six months.
