Summary

This study looked at brain activity and thinking skills in 63 veterans with cocaine use disorder to see if they could predict who would benefit from a behavioral treatment called contingency management. The treatment rewards patients for staying cocaine-free. The goal was to understand why some people respond well and others don't, so that future treatments can be tailored to each veteran's needs.
