Summary

This study tested a combination of two drugs, bintrafusp alfa and pimasertib, in people whose cancer had spread to the brain. The goal was to find the safest dose and see if the treatment could slow or stop the cancer from growing. The trial was stopped early after enrolling only 8 participants, so results are limited.
