Summary
This study is testing a new support program called TBI-RECOVER for people with both a brain injury and a substance use disorder. It will train therapists to screen for brain injuries and adjust their therapy methods to help patients stay in treatment longer. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients attend more therapy sessions and manage their symptoms better.
