First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study compares two FDA-approved bowel preparation methods for colonoscopy: low-volume tablets (Suflave/Sutab) versus the standard Golytely drink. About 300 adults scheduled for colonoscopy will be randomly assigned to one of the two preps. Researchers will measure patient satisfaction, tolerance, and how well each method cleans the colon.
