Summary
This study offers a bone marrow transplant using stem cells that are specially selected to remove certain immune cells. The goal is to lower the risk of the donor cells attacking the patient's body, a serious side effect called graft-versus-host disease. It is for people with cancer or other diseases who do not have a perfectly matched donor.
