First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study offers a special bone marrow transplant for people with cancer or other serious diseases who lack a perfectly matched donor. Doctors use a device to select only the stem cells from a partially matched donor, removing immune cells that could attack the patient's body. The goal is to lower the chance of graft-versus-host disease and other complications. Participants must have a suitable donor and meet other health criteria.
